From my first phone call I knew that I was in good hands with Family Pools! As soon as I explained my needs, drawings started coming in my email, and to tell the truth, once The Flanagans and I settled on the dimensions and shape of our pool, things just unfolded so smoothly that I can barely remember the whole process now, two months after completion! Machines came and went, earth was moved back and forth and one hot August morning, my very own beach was before me: shimmering water, a bubbling fountain... a paradise to share with all my boarding kennel guests!

Every member of the Family Pool team has been gracious and friendly, and that attitude remains long after the last check has cleared: I can always call them with my maintenance questions and receive immediate, competent answers. It has been a joy to get to know Family Pools - they are a little like our family now, and we feel richer for having known them all.
